Equivalency of the selection factors of Federal Skilled Worker Program:
Age: Maximum of 12 if you are between the ages of 18 and 35. As you get older than 35, you will lose points.

Education :Maximum of 25 points for education. This will be determined by your qualifications, which will be determined by an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).

Work Experience: Maximum of 15 points for work experience. The National Occupation Classification may have your work experience equivalence based on the number of years of full-time paid employment (at least 30 hours per week). In the last ten years, full-time workers who have worked for six years or more will receive 15 points.

Job offers that are valid (organized employment in Canada): A maximum of ten points is available. If you have an employment offer from a Canadian employer for at least a year.

English and/or French language skills: A maximum of 28 points is possible. The first official language receives 24 points, and the second official language receives an additional 4 points. For example, English (24) is the first official language, and French is the second official language (4). For this, you'll need an approved language test.

Adaptability: 10 points maximum. This is the background that will assist you in assimilating into Canadian society. Such as previous work or study experience, as well as specific types of relatives, and if you are married and your spouse has basic language competence in English or French, this can also help you get more points on your application.

Proof of Funds

You must prove that you have enough money to support yourself or your family while looking for work. You don't need this if you have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer.
